Who is Steadproof for?
Companies of roughly 50 to 500 people that rely on vendors: general contractors, property managers, healthcare clinics, staffing agencies, logistics firms, IT consultancies, credit unions and community banks, in the United States and Canada.
Is Steadproof available now?
Not yet. We're onboarding a small group of founding customers first. Request early access and we'll show you a demo and hold a spot for you.
How long will setup take?
Setup is designed to take an afternoon: import your vendor list, choose a requirement template for your industry, and send each vendor their upload link. For founding customers, we do it with you.
Do my vendors need an account or pay anything?
No. Vendors upload from any device through a secure link, with no account, and never pay.
Does it work in Canada?
Yes. Canadian companies get GST/HST registration instead of the W-9, CSIO certificates, workers' compensation clearance from every provincial board, Canadian sanctions lists and pricing in Canadian dollars.
How is our data protected?
Encryption in transit and at rest, two-step verification, single sign-on on Growth and up, and a tamper-evident record of every action.
How much does it cost?
